Returns

1) Returns of Rc Gadgets:

RC tanks and Rc Construction Vehicles are hobby grade but not toy grade, we expect our buyer is capable of learning how to maintain this tank, because the tank parts will wear and get glitches in running. Lacking manipulative ability will reduce your enjoyment of playing the tank.

Only suitable for players with manipulative ability,

Not suitable for people without interest to maintain the tank and exchange parts.

Not suitable for people too busy to learn from seller about how to use and maintain, though we are always kind to tell you how to use and maintain the tank.

Not suitable for children under 10 years of age. Choking hazard due to small parts.

Use under direct adult supervision only.

Age recommendation: 14+

STRICTLY NO RETURNS DUE TO NATURE OF HOBBY

Refunds Process

To start to return and refund or partial refund process You have to provide photos of postage label, damage or faulty photos and/or videos, outer packaging and inner packaging and protection material photos. If you do NOT provide this information your Return and Refund process will NOT start.

When you sent us proper video or photos that have enough information about problem. We will start Return and refund process. We can offer to you return item or refund or partial refund. Some full refund requests may be finalized with a partial refund.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. The returned product will be inspected for the issue specified in the return reason. If the return reason cannot be determined during the inspection, the customer may be charged for the cost of posting the product to our customer, return postage, inspection labor, and repackaging for resale. Shipping

If our customers provide us with the requirements outlined in the return process above, we will provide you with a RETURN LABEL. This means we will cover the return cost.
