A 15-track sonic diary, described by Damon Albarn as “a journey through America”, and 2D as “...mostly just me”, The Fall was recorded over 32 days while on the road during the Plastic Beach Tour in late 2010.
 
The fourth studio album from Gorillaz, it features tracks including ‘Revolving Doors’, ‘Amarillo’ and ‘Bobby In Phoenix (ft. Bobby Womack’. This “stunning album from start to finish…” [NME] was originally gifted to fans within weeks of being recorded, on Christmas Day 2010. An anomaly in the Gorillaz discography, ‘The Fall’ eventually received a physical release in April 2011.
